How long does custom in-ear monitor fitting process take?

The complete custom monitor process happens in two phases. First, there's an initial consultation and fitting appointment that takes about 30-45 minutes. During this visit, Dr. Bome will take detailed impressions of your ear canals using a specialized silicone material that captures the exact shape of your ears. Once these impressions are taken, they're sent to our lab where your monitors are custom-crafted. The manufacturing process typically takes 2-3 weeks, after which you'll return for a final fitting to ensure perfect comfort and sound quality. We'll also train you on proper insertion, removal, and maintenance of your monitors during this follow-up appointment.
