I went to Dr Olson because I was very disappointed in the hearing aids I had. I struggled to hear in so many situations I was feeling a lack of hope. Dr Olson spent focused time and has completely turned that around. I’m hearing things I haven’t heard in years and he keeps targeting even more improvement. As a new hearing-aid patient, I was initially anxious about expectations, technology, and the effects of this addition to my lifestyle. Dr. Kelsey Beck (AUD) helped me face those fears; she instilled and reinforced my confidence in adapting to these changes. I am likewise a healthcare provider and was referred by a colleague. Hearing aid stopped working..was able to get in next morning and they checked it and fixed it..great. 55$...
