Service is excellent!!! Although the whole package was a little expensive but CLIFF'S knowledge and expertise is worth every penny. I highly recommend this clinic.
I was experiencing an issue with my ears, so I called to schedule for a consultation and a cerumen removal. The receptionist who answered the phone was very professional and inviting. She took the time to ask about my concerns and I liked that I did not feel rushed over the phone. The office is very nice and clean btw!! Dr. Balderas is very pleasant , personable, and she eased my nervousness by making me feel very comfortable. She took care of my ear issue and answered my questions. Needless to say, I would definitely return in the future if I ever need another check up. I also thought it was pretty cool how she showed me the inside of my ear with her camera.
Incredible experience. The care, clinical knowledge, professionalism, tools used to maximize hearing improvement are all outstanding I have been struggling for 4 years with significant hearing loss. In one visit my issue and potential solution was diagnosed. I am now well on my way to a better life with improved hearing. Dr. Cliff is a gifted care giver who cares about his patients. Thank you
FYI I am a professional musician with substantial hearing loss. I had been researching hearing aid reviews for quite some time for an upgrade. I kept seeing and watching Dr Cliff’s informative reviews on YouTube. Having worked in the film business in Hollywood I was really impressed with his high energy detailed delivery of information. I thought ? I would love to find an audiologist like this guy that is so well informed in my city. So I happen to search for his location and Wow ! Dr Cliff is in the same town ! So with the guidance of Dr Cliff I was able to upgrade my hearing aids and can say that it’s been a huge day to day improvement. Plus I can finally ware hearing aids while performing that sound natural instead of hearing brittle digital sound. I highly recommend Dr Cliff and his associates. The staff is also very friendly and prompt. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment ! Kent Holliday Schmitt
I'm very happy to have found Applied Hearing Solutions by reading online reviews. Dr. Cliff Olson is my audiologist. My left hearing aid fit perfectly from Day 1, but there have been problems with the right one. Dr. Olson has made a number of impressions of my ear using a variety of materials for the laboratory to make the correct fit for me. I can tell you he will NOT quit until both he and I are totally satisfied. The front office people are also a pleasure to deal with.
