I am very pleased with my new Starkey hearing aids. I am an 85 year old female who has worn other aids for 20 years. These new Starkey aids are very programable to meet all my needs to live a full life and be aware of what is said and is happening in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Ivory if you are in need of a hearing test or hearing aids. He uses modern technology to prescribe and recommend what would be best for you. He listens and cares and is a delight to work with. I thank him for what he has done for me and will continue to do in the future when I need further help or assistance.
Online research and the recommendation of my primary doctor led me to Glendora Hearing Aides and Audiology. Dr Kevin Ivory is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and professional. He has met all of my expectations and I highly recommend his exceptional care.
I went to Dr Ivory as a referral from Dr Cliff Olson, Aud on Facebook. I have worn HA's for 35+ years and kept up on the technology. The HA's I was wearing were not giving me the best results and I wanted the newest featurs. On Dr Cliff's site, where he has 100's of videos on different aspects of HA's, he strongly advises going to an audiologist vs a 'hearing aid despenser'. I wish I'd gotten that information 30 years ago. What a huge difference! Dr Cliff has Dr Ivory listed as an audiologist who performs 'best practice' procedures to result in the hearing impaired person getting the hearing aids that will perform best for them. Dr Ivory is that person and I am totally comfortable with his demeaner, professionalism and focus to fine tune my new HAs.
I took my wife for an initial consultation to help her with her hearing loss. We were treated with a very comforting guidance thru the process of examining and suggesting the proper equipment. Her life quality has improved a lot. A lot of praise for Dr. Kevin for his comprehensive knowledge, professionalism and caring behavior.
Always on time and very nice and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone. I now live in Rosemead, but am willing to go to the office in Glendora.

My previous hearing provider retired, left no suggestions for a replacement. I was having difficulties with my then current hearing aids. I conducted a web search for someone closer to my home in Glendora. Dr Ivory's name appeared and indicated being a supplier of the same brand. A phone call secured an appointment in less than a week. a complete test was done and several options were presented. This was over two years ago and I could not be more pleased. He is easily available when ever I have questions or difficulties. I would recommend Dr Ivory enthusiastically and I trust that he will remain available here in Glendora for many years to come. As long as he is here I have no desire to try over the counter aids without his overseeing my hearing needs...no matter the cost difference.. Thank you Dr Ivory

Dr. Ivory is professional and spot on in diagnosis of hearing problems and how to correct them. His equipment is the best available to determine the adjustments to correct hearing disorders.
Dr Ivory is a excellent hearing aid doctor he helps his patients to receive the best devices to meet each patients needs. He also can adjust the devices to perform different functions such as connecting to your phone, notification to someone If you fall, and he does periodic checkups at no additional charge. I have been a patient for a very long time and now at 80 years old he has done everything he can to help me to be able to continue enjoying life by hearing my surroundings and people.
