I not only have hearing deficits, I have a TBI as well. Dr. Russell Pickett and staff thus far have been caring as well as professional. I require more help, due to my brain injury, than regular patients because I get confused and don't process things very well either.

I was very happy with the service I got yesterday and felt very comfortable with John. He answered all sorts of questions for me. Close to home so made it very easy for me to get there. Hopefully my hearing aids will be in soon and I can learn to use them. I am surprised my insurance will cover a large portion for me. Big help. Thanks for the good service.
