I first came to The Hearing Solution Center 4 years ago because it was the closest provider that took my insurance. I will not consider going elsewhere, even though I have moved to the other side of town. From the outset, Dr. Gosu has provided cordial, professional, and respectful treatment. I very much feel that we work as a team. As my hearing loss changes, he has continually provided treatment that addresses my individual needs and concerns, and has helped me in my transition to instruments with improved technology. I have been very satisfied with his recommendations and direction in getting new hearing aids. Whenever I have a problem or concern his office (first Val, and now Jo) have provided a timely appointment in a considerate manner. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years. For the past year or so I have had a problem understanding what people were saying, and had to ask them to slow down and repeat what they said. The Audiologist I was seeing had no suggestions to help the problem. I decided to get another opinion and picked HSC. Doctor Gosu explained that comprehension and sound level are two different things. He fitted me with new hearing aids using technology unfamiliar to me. The results were amazing. Dr. Gosu and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and courteous-always. He has educated us about our hearing loss and thoroughly explains his recommendations on how best to improve which affects our daily life. He is flexible when we need an appointment to resolve an issue that has popped up outside of our regularly scheduled visits. His office is well-located and convenient to us. Mr. Gosu, Very knowledgeable but not intimidating. Wasted no time and was very detailed. I did not feel rushed without time to ask questions. Easy to enter in and out of the office. Over the past 5 years I have seen 4 audiologists and Mr. Gosu tops them in every area. I also appreciate the reminder text message that was sent to me. Mr. Gosu was able to work with my old hearing aids and fixed one . He did not try to sell me new ones but worked with what I had. I can't say that anything went wrong . Looking forward to continuing the care I need from Mr. Gosu.
