Never disappoint. From the moment you walk in (Shannon) to the time you see Dr. Moore. Just an honest office and practitioners.
It is without words how I feel about the people you work with there and the hands on quality of their work and providing the tools to meet your needs.
They have always taken care of my hearing problems and identified and taken care of unrealized problems Beyond supplying me with great hearing aids. They have taken care of things in such a way that I can't imagine any better care

Very thorough exam, unlike those I have previously tried. Was more in tune with explanations of what was being evaluated. The first time with the hearing aids was loud and was told I would need to acclimate to my hearing assistance but was not correct. I phoned and was asked to come back in to adjust to what I was hearing with the hearing aids. Once that happened, the hearing adjusted to more normality along with being able to hear some of the things and people I had difficulty hearing. Still, it is a work in progress for which I am thankful.
Dr. Moore is a very competent audiologist and confident that I am in the best of hands.
I have been a client for 10 plus years and it has always been a winner. I have never had an issue with service or staff.
