Dr Steed was very thorough, asking me several times if I had any questions. I felt very comfortable with her explanation of hearing loss, assessment of my hearing test and recommendation to get an MRI to assess the bilaterally uneven pattern of my hearing loss. I have followed up with my primary care physician who will see me on 4/26, hopefully will order the MRI and then refer me to an ENT. I am moving forward with Oticon hearing aides based on Dr. Steed's recommendation and am hopeful that this will greatly improve my social interactions.
Positive experience. Dr Vicky spent time making sure my phone & hearing aides were connected to blue tooth. Pleasant & efficient staff. Always a pleasurable visit.
