Dr. Marni Novick has helped me greatly in my effort to hear better. After wearing my previous hearing aids for six years, I was having more and more difficulty hearing in background noise. But there is so much new technology out there! I needed someone to help me evaluate the choices while leaving the final decisions to me. Dr. Novick is just that kind of Audiologist. We worked together to find the best solution for me, and I'm quite pleased with the result. If you are looking to purchase hearing aids, either as a first time user or as an upgrade, you won't find a better partner than Dr. Novick. I also appreciate that hers is a teaching practice meaning that she often has students in the office working to become the next generation of Audiologists. And by the way, these students uniformly praise Dr. Novick's knowledge and manner!
Dr. Novick was very efficient and informative working with me (a totally non-motivated hearing aid patient) to appreciate my new hearing aid. I must admit that I am VERY happy with my new hearing aids and, thanks to Dr. Novick's clear instructions, am becoming easily accustomed to them.

i have only praise for dr Novak and her tinnitus program. I entered the program in a state of total anxiety, dread, claustrophobia, and severe chronic headaches. Due to her tenacity and unwavering support she has helped me through the worse of my symptoms. i never dreamed that could even be possible! using the tools she has given to me I am able to manage well on a daily basis. if I should relapse i know that she is still only a phone call away. thank you for markedly improving my life!
