Dr. Novick was very efficient and informative working with me (a totally non-motivated hearing aid patient) to appreciate my new hearing aid. I must admit that I am VERY happy with my new hearing aids and, thanks to Dr. Novick's clear instructions, am becoming easily accustomed to them.

i have only praise for dr Novak and her tinnitus program. I entered the program in a state of total anxiety, dread, claustrophobia, and severe chronic headaches.
