From the very first time that I met Dr. Marni Novick, she has been patient, informative and caring. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and spoke intelligently with respect to audiology. She was very helpful in advising me on which hearing aid to purchase. In subsequent dealings with her she was quick to respond and address my questions. I've thoroughly enjoyed working with her and respect her professional acumen.
The Doctor and her office were professional. Julie, the greeter and Dr. Novick gave a warm professional welcome. The Doctor has a sense of humor too. Best Audiologist I have ever visited with.
Dr. Marni Novak (and her staff) are very professional and caring. Her communication is very good and she always makes me feel welcome during my visits. After evaluating my hearing loss, Marni determined that I needed a custom hearing aid. The custom device has given me improved hearing. I tried off-the-shelf devices from other audiologists but, they did not improve my hearing. I would recommend Silicon Valley Hearing to anyone who has a hearing deficiency.
If you have hearing problems or just want to be checked out, you won't find a better person for the job than Marni. She is very professional, competent and doesn't take shortcuts in her analysis and treatment. Ont top of this, she is one of the most pleasant and friendly people I've ever met.
Dr Marni is amazing, professional and very kind. She performed some extra cleaning and she didn't even charged me. Julia was very kind in find a schedule that would fit me. Definitely recommended.
Dr. Novick is an excellent doctor and has wonderful bedside manner. She always books in enough time to answer all of your questions, and delivers very thorough explanations. She is very focused and takes your symptoms and what you are saying very seriously, and I always know I am in excellent hands. Front desk reception is equally excellent and is extremely on top of things, and always friendly. The best care you could possibly ask for and more!
I initially heard about Dr Novick from fellow classmates in a lip reading group and decided to change providers. She is a consummate professional. She listens to her patients’ concerns and provides the most up to date hearing appliances that match one’s needs and capabilities. When repairs or adjustments are needed, the office provides in kind replacements, and everything is done promptly with clear communication. I have referred many friends to Dr Novick who have been similarly satisfied.
