My experiences with Brooke have been an absolute pleasure. She’s open to “hearing” how my devices are working and any problems I am experiencing. She tweaked my two-year-old hearing aids, which I purchased from her, after testing me and determining my hearing was not changed but just needed adjustment. She’s personable, responsive and thoroughly professional.
