The Hearing Spa in Sarasota

I enjoyed interreacting with Dr. Moore and Shannon. I purchased a new set of Phonak hearing aids from the Hearing Spa, and I am enjoying them immensely.

Dr. Moore and her staff are awesome! I spoke with Dr. Moore about previous experiences with other doctors of audiology. I was evaluated and seen by 3 other doctors. I felt the other clinics were clearly only interested in selling their product even though I verified when calling for an appointment that they worked with the Oticon brand. All 3 of those doctors pushed Starkey. I trialed them but never was comfortable with them nor did have the needed hearing support from Starkey hearing aids. I did not want the rechargeable battery but that is all the other doctors said would be best for me. Starkey is bulky and heavy and too large for my ear size. Dr. Moore did such a wonderful job explaining to me my hearing loss and how best to treat, all the while agreeing that Oticon is a good brand and if that is what I preferred, then she was onboard. No hard sell! Plus, this style of Oticon is rechargeable and much smaller receiver and even lightweight! I love my new hearing aids, lol, which is quite a change in attitude for me. I continue to amaze myself at all the sounds and tones I have been missing all these years. Thank you, Dr. Moore and staff, so pleased to have your care and support

Dr Moore was spectacular. Even though she may send me back to the VA, she was helpful, sharp, insightful and detailed in all she did. Her professionalism ‘opened the door’ to go back to the VA one more time. A very special thanx to Dr Moore and her entire team!!

I went to the Hearing Spa in Sarasota yesterday and I was very happy with the dr. And. The people who work there. It cwas a long l trip as I was used to the one in Bradenton but when I went there they had no dr and didn’t know when they would get one. There’s a great dr In Sarasota so I will continue to make the long trip to Sarasota. I highly recommend that if you have a hearing problem that you go to the Hearing Spal in Sarasota.

I have been a client of The Hearing Spa for over 10 years and will tell you I always have felt they always have had my best interest. I am still wearing the hearing aids that I purchased since day one. I have had speedy repairs and have never felt pressure to purchase new aids. For me the Hearing Spa is like family to me.

I always have a good experience at The hearing Spa. The staff is very friendly & efficient, & Dr Moore is outstanding. She explains everything clearly, is knowledgeable, thorough, experienced, answers all my questions—& is personable, interesting, & easy to talk to!

Not happy with my experiemce .Came home went to church Sunday and couldn't adjust my hearing aids. neither one is connected . Still can't hear.

Doctor at The Hearing Spa is always excellent in her diagnosis, treatment if necessary, and adjustment of hearing aides. She regards patients as whole persons and is aware that problems may be caused by other than their hearing yet still affect their hearting possibly. I am glad I found The Hearing Spa this year. I think it is telling that my health insurance applies at The Hearing Spa for my aides but did not at two other places I have used. They did not have an audiologist like Dr. Moore. She was even recommended to me by my IMG audiologist for getting aides. The whole staff at The Hearing Spa is always gracious and able.

Dr. Victoria Moore was very helpful and professional, as she always is. She took the extra time to answer my questions about my and my wife's hearing aids and provided needed supplies at low to no cost. Shannon, receptionist and technician was very helpful as she always is and very happy she is now back at the new location. Thanks for your professional and courteous service.

Dr. Moore is ready to assist with the care and use of my hearing aids. At my last visit she was able to check for earwax, clean aids and change the dome size which made for clearer sound. She also had recommendations for me to better sync my aids to my WiFi. All of this has helped improve my hearing experience. I had asked about the most recent hearing test results so that I can better track my hearing loss. As always a most helpful visit.

Dr. Vicky Moore did an extremely good cleaning of my impacted ear wax. The practice had the right equipment & friendly service that made the visit extremely comfortable & efficient.

I can’t thank Dr Moore and staff enough!! She is always there for me and my mother sometimes on short notice or no notice at all !! Recommend her to everyone
