I am so happy that I found Dr, Marni Novak at Silicon Valley Hearing. Dr. Novak is a skilled audiologist and well versed in all aspects of hearing and ear care and health. She offers very personalized care which I appreciate tremendously. I feel she knows me, and remembers me and gives me all the individualized needed. It is quite easy to schedule appointments. I drive from Santa Cruz to her office in Los Gatos; it's an easy drive, and the office is easy to find. Dr. Novak has provided me with musician's ear plugs that are very helpful; they work great. Recently I just went back to her for swimmer's ear plugs. They fit perfectly and keep all the water out of my ears while swimming. I am sure that I will enjoy both my musician's ear plugs and swimmer's ear plugs for years to come. I know that I'll continue to consult Dr. Marni for all of my audiology care. I got my hearing aid from another audiologist, but it does not work well for me after couple of tuning within one year. So I lost my trust with my previous audiologist and decided to seek help from Dr. Novick. I am lucky that I made a right decision. This was my second opinion meeting on the tinnitus issue I've been having the past 6 months. I was really happy with the additional tests taken to narrow down the likely cause of it and come up with a plan to improve. I've been working the plan the past couple weeks and seeing an improvement. Silicon Valley Hearing is the best specialist I've found!

Highly recommended. I'm a musician and came in to get custom ear molds for custom IEMs to use on stage. The service level from these guys is off the charts good. Dr. Novick is super-knowledgeable but also down to earth and really explains things in a way I could understand. She knows the needs of musicians. The staff is nice too. And even after I was done she went "above and beyond" to help me sort out an issue with my Sensaphonics order.

You always have a nice willingness to address and fix any problems that arise. I would definitely recommend you to a friend.
